  7.     JIM BAKKER knows a vice when he sees it. The convicted
  8. preacher has kept busy in the Rochester, Minn., slammer by
  9. exhorting fellow prisoners to quit smoking. And he gets results.
  10. Prison officials say Bakker, who co-founded the eight-day
  11. smoking-cessation program in May 1990, used his "inspirational
  12. and motivational" skills to help 116 of the first 125 "students"
  13. throw away the packs.
